Family Medicine Physician With Ob

SRMC is searching for a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with OB to join our team. This position provides services through a full-time clinic practice in the rural health clinic.
Job Responsibilities: Provide full-scope family medicine care including obstetrics. Rotational call required. Provide excellent patient care. Create and recommend treatment plans. Intake patient medical histories. Update patient information and charts with the latest findings and treatments. Order tests for health care staff to administer. Review and interpret test results. Respond to questions and concerns from patients about their health care and well-being. Discuss proper nutrition, hygiene, and self-care with patients to promote good health. Work with various medical staff such as an anesthesiologist, surgeons, and nurses to provide patient care. Potential to provide APP oversight and respond timely to their needs. Family Medicine w/ OB Requirements: Board certified, or eligible after completion of a 90 day probationary period, MD, or Professional Degree in Medicine from an accredited medical school. Current M.D. in the State of Nebraska. Surgical OB Trained Certification in BCLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS required; SRMC will help obtain. Current State and DEA Licenses. 1-3 years of physician or hospitalist experience preferred.
