Responsibilities
• Schedule diverse and complex appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.• Prepare complex itineraries and maintain daily appointment calendars.• Provide administrative support to assigned staff and manage files.• Edit and proofread communications and coordinate distribution process.• Prepare logistical support for presentations, training, workshops, and events.• Update training materials and track department expenses.• Assist in preparing budgets, applications, proposals, and financial statements.• Coordinate purchase orders and office supply inventory.• Maintain contact information, directories, and databases.• Answer phones, greet visitors, and maintain office confidentiality.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.• Two years of relevant work experience.• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.• In-depth knowledge of office procedures.• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
