Responsibilities
• Perform general industrial maintenance including fabrication, installation, and inspections of equipment and devices• Perform planned and unplanned machine maintenance on additive, CnC, and support equipment• Inspect buildings and equipment, make recommendations for repairs and installations• Perform preventative maintenance on building envelope and equipment• Manage facility ticketing and asset tracking systems• Set up and breakdown furniture and props for events• Maintain a safe and clean working environment• Contribute to team efforts
Requirements
• Dynamic and active communicator with external firms and consultants• Hands-on experience with building systems• Experience with facilities management, operations, design, renovations, repairs, or construction management• Strong collaboration skills• Competent computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• High school diploma or equivalent• Nice to have: Lean / Six Sigma or other process management training• Nice to have: Automotive or aircraft technician background• Punctual, dependable, and a self-starter• Team player
