Are you an experienced Facility Supervisor looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the construction industry? We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will oversee the daily operations of our construction facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our building operations systems, supervising a team of professionals, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be tasked with training personnel to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

As a Facility Supervisor, you will:

1. Oversee the daily operations of building systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and safely.2. Supervise a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively.3. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.4. Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.6. Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance or repair work.7. Train staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.9. Prepare and present reports on facility operations and maintenance to upper management.10. Participate in the planning and execution of future construction projects.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

1. A Stationary Engineer License.2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.3. Proven experience managing building operating systems.4. Excellent customer service skills.5. Experience in training staff and developing training programs.6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.11. Proficiency in using computer software for facility management.
