Shift Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmORTuesday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pmJOB SUMMARYCresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.CORE JOB DUTIES Timely completion of work listsCheck HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine scheduleMaintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencingRepair mechanical equipment as directedElectrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as requiredPatrol building exterior for garbageSnow/salt or other ground work as requiredAssist in roof maintenance repair work as neededTouch up painting and drywall patching as neededMiscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solvingUse protective hearing, eye-wear and shoes when necessaryOther duties as necessaryREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferredAbility to read machine prints and perform machine repairAn ability to work well under pressureHands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuitsRelevant technical knowledgeHVAC Certified (preferred)Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plusBENEFITSCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.  We also offer eligible employees paid holidays and paid time off.  Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses, stock options as well as participation in our employee discount program.
