Monday- Friday schedule What You'll do: As a Facilities Site Services UPW Technician, you will Work with RO/DI, AWN, precip, wastewater and HVAC equipment. Perform set ups,
calibrations, maintenance, modifications, facilities and information technology
equipment, systems and processes within assigned area.
Maintains all standard operating conditions on related equipment.
Installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot to guideline specifications.
Operate facilities related equipment via a Facilities Management System.
Serves as equipment, systems or process expert to assist in the systems or process
problems.
Be able to troubleshoot facilities equipment and associated failures.
Collaborate, interface and problem solve with all facilities owned systems and Fab
manufacturing owners.
Develops and/or enhances equipment, process or systems.
Responds to area alarms and works with management to confirm appropriate actions
are taken. What you need to have: 2 year Technical Associates degree- Engineering, or related field
5+ years of relevant Facilities, HVAC, RO/DI,
AWN, WWT, Electrical experience.
Will also have interest in Equivalent military experience/ training in facilities.
An understanding and experience in complex mechanical/chemical systems.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical manuals and operations
specifications.
Statistical Process Control techniques and computer literacy.
Project Management skills.
Demonstrate work performance in an environment requiring high level of attention to
detail and timeliness.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record.
