Adecco is seeking an experienced Burr Blending Operatot for a local client located in East Granby, CT. These are Temp to Hire opportunities. Pay is $18 - $27 hr, depending on experience. 1st shift Mon- Fri 7:00am- 3:30pm
2nd shift Mon- Friday 3:00pm-12:30pm Your Expertise:
• 3+ years in aerospace environment
• Good mathematical skills
• Ability to read and interpret manual instructions and operation sheets
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, good communications skills

• Perform a variety of duties to burr and blend surfaces on aircraft engine parts according to instructions contained in operation sheets.
• Use appropriate abrasives and air guns required for each part or operation. If needed, set-up holding devices such as rotary and hydraulic tables. Use carbide drills, emery cratex and flat wheels, PSA discs, buffing and wire sheets and diamond files according to the operation requirements.
• Work from established practices and overhaul manual instructions and procedures to perform a variety of duties to prepare parts for subsequent operations.
• Detect faulty operations and materials and report these and other problems to immediate supervisor. Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as required
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required This position is a safety-sensitive position. Applicant must comply with all applicable FAA and DOT drug and alcohol testing rules. Pay Details: $18.00 to $27.00 per hour
