Responsibilities
• Project-manage quarterly and annual external reporting processes• Monitor and interpret new accounting regulations and assist in implementation• Interpret U.S. GAAP and SEC standards for accounting and disclosure• Oversee accounting policies and assist in policy development• Prepare materials for presentations and deliver accounting training• Identify process improvements and implement related processes and controls• Perform all other relevant job accountabilities• Be ready to tackle challenges and find solutions as a startup environment
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, external/financial reporting, and/or technical accounting/accounting policy• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational and project management skills• Effective written and oral communication skills• Fluent in financial statements and implications• Comfortable with systems, data, and reporting• Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or publicly traded commercial company• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration• CPA strongly preferred
