is in need of an experienced Quick Lane Manager to join the team at Castle Rock Ford, responsible for overseeing day-to-day Quick Lane Operations and Service Advisors to ensure customer service standards are met. Duties include maintaining a skill summary of technical staff, scheduling and supervising work to optimize quality, productivity, and profit, demonstrating high product and technical knowledge, and regularly reporting on shop production to service management. The role also involves ensuring shop equipment is in safe operating condition, staying updated on new equipment in the marketplace, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 3 years of previous quick lane experience, proficiency in dealership computer systems, a valid driver's license with an acceptable record, successful completion of pre-employment screening, and authorization to work in the USA.
