Job summary
As a Seasonal Experienced Tax Preparer at Tall Oak Tax Services, you will provide expert guidance and prepare accurate tax forms for clients.You will also offer IRS audit support and assist clients with tax planning and future tax questions.This position requires 2+ seasons of previous tax experience and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance and prepare accurate tax forms for clients• Offer IRS audit support• Complete E-filing and provide printed copies of returns for clients to review, sign, and e-file• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients• Generate business growth and increase client retention• Answer client calls and tax-related questions• Collect and process payments from clients• Contribute to marketing and business generation efforts• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration• Mentor and support teammates
Requirements
• 2+ seasons of previous tax experience• Experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred• Field Instructor, Remote Support, or Call Center certification a plus• Tax planning and audit support experience preferred• CPA or Enrolled Agent license is a bonus• PTIN Certification
