Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete accurate tax forms for clients• Provide IRS audit support and answer tax-related questions• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients• Generate business growth and offer additional products/services• Handle client calls and process payments• Contribute to marketing and business generation efforts• Support office priorities and mentor teammates• Work with sensitive and confidential information
Requirements
• 2+ seasons of previous tax experience• Experience in individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns• Passion for providing excellent customer service• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred• Field Instructor, Remote Support, or Call Center certification a plus• Tax planning and audit support experience preferred• CPA or Enrolled Agent license is a bonus• PTIN Certification: Yes
