RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge in all aspects of Black Jack Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward guests. Make eye contact and greet the guest by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table and thank the guest for playing when they leave the table. Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls. Ensure good game protection. Ensure good game pace for all players. Ensure payouts to be made quickly and accurately. Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques. Opening and closing tables by verification of all cheque inventory . Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers alike. Excellent team member and customer relations skills. Outstanding math skills. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, flexibility in scheduling is required. Able to work in a fast paced 24/7 casino environment. One (1) year experience as a dealer.
