You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: 1+ years of experience in electrical, HVAC/R, or other trades
Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks
Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Mechanical aptitude is an asset
Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $25.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
