Required Skills & Experience:
Admitted to the bar in one or more of the following states: CA, TX, NY, WA, FL, NC, IL, OR, AZ (Admission in multiple states is a plus!)
Proficiency in legal research and drafting
Self-motivated individual with a drive for career advancement
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
In-depth knowledge of healthcare law
Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor
Upholds the highest ethical standards and professional integrity
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
Engaging with clients and opposing parties in a professional manner
Conducting legal and business research on complex matters
Assisting senior attorneys in managing a diverse client base
Some flexibility required for evening and weekend work
