Job Summary:The role of a bartender is to provide an above-and-beyond service experience and to ensure that all guests are served beverages and/or food in a timely, friendly, and high-quality way that follows safety procedures for serving alcohol. It is also the responsibility of the bartender to enrich the guests' experience and always show genuine interest in their needs. The Bartender is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all cocktails, wines spirits and beverage selections and how they pair with the various menu items to bring out the best flavors.General Responsibilities:Make and/or serve high end cocktails, wine whiskey & bourbon.Stock bar with sufficient alcohol, garnishments, glass, paper and plastic supplies.Check identification to verify customer is of legal drinking age.Keep bar clean and sanitizedUpsell food and beveragesFollow Aatmos standard for Cost Per Pour to ensure highest profitability.Attempt to anticipate the needs of guestsProcess guests checks and submit closing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.Close/ break down bar and clean all workspaces and equipmentBenefitsHealth Insurance 50% paid by employerDiscounted Vision and Dental InsuranceDiscounted Hotel RoomsPaid Time off / Vacation PaySick Pay
