Responsibilities
• Promoting a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals• Driving company profitability through operational excellence• Performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Attracting, hiring, and building a highly engaged team• Supporting associate and services professional development• Establishing professional peer and brand partner relationships• Promoting a culture of teamwork and guest service excellence• Executing the Guest Engagement Leader program flawlessly• Executing day-to-day inventory control processes• Communicating and providing feedback to field and services leadership
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of relevant retail management work experience or similar• Bachelor's degree preferred• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license• Financial management skills• Advanced competency in cosmetology management• Proven ability in retail management• Leadership management experience• Proficient with basic technology• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable• Work a flexible, full-time schedule• Attend corporate business meetings and conferences
