As a Fortune 500 company, we value and develop our employees who are making a difference in a mission that matters.Job ResponsibilitiesThe principal duties of the Expediting Clerk include:Performing various types of clerical functions in support of electric and/or gas construction and the day to day operation of a service centerSetting up and maintaining files for construction jobsResponding to customer and contractor inquiriesConstruction order processingReceiving and processing locate requestsClearing contingencies, investigating reasons for contingencies not being met and taking steps to resolve problemsVerifying and maintaining recordsProviding support to the job owners and/or DesignersProcessing invoices and purchase ordersPreparing correspondence and reports and various other general office dutiesMinimum Experience RequiredThe applicant must comply with DOT Part 199 pipeline drug and alcohol testing requirements.This position may require unescorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation
