We are currently searching for a restaurant sous chef for a HIGH VOLUME restaurant that features extensive catering operations and an offsite prep kitchen.
Executive Sous Chef Requirements: Mix of independent and corporate backgrounds. Experience working in a high volume setting. 2+ years experience in the heart of house.
