Communications, Reporting & Analysis (CRA) is part of Citi's COO Controls organization, which supports the Enterprise by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk. The team develops and maintains reports and tools and is responsible for leading projects and automation efforts to lead and deliver transformational efforts across the firm. The individual in this role will report to the Controls Committee Management & Reporting Lead. The team is responsible for the management, oversight, and implementation of global projects that enhance Citi's ability to proactively detect, measure and manage Operational Risk and other functions as needed. This role requires an individual with Operational Risk experience, experience and a desire to work in a fast pace, agile and dynamic environment where priorities and expectations change.Key Responsibility Overview:The person in this role will be responsible for setting the standards of Operational and Compliance Risk dashboards to support Regulatory and Executive-level reporting. They will be responsible for interfacing with business partners to understand reporting requirements, identify the needs that meet reporting objectives. Post transition to development partners, the individual will be accountable for supporting the ongoing needs of the business to further document changes and ensure that all needs are cared for in a controlled and audit ready fashion.
