Executive Property Accountant (Hybrid Schedule)

ProPivotal has partnered with a well-known commercial real-estate trust company who is looking to add to their staff due to recent growth.

Responsibilities

Financial statement reporting for assigned properties
Monitoring financial performance against budgets
General duties related to A/P and A/R
Monthly bank reconciliations
Assistance with audits

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Progress towards a CPA designation or completion of CPA
Strong understanding of GAAP
Highly proficient using Excel. Any previous Yardi experience is a plus
