Job Description ABOUT US We're looking to hire an experienced professional to join our team as the Executive Director at Kids Rock! Child Care Center in Luverne, MN. As Executive Director, you will: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the opening of the new center. Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Manage staff development and create a positive work culture. Build strong relationships with families and the community. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations. Kids Rock! Child Care Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization created for the purpose of operating a community-based childcare center, addressing the need for adequate childcare services in Luverne and Rock County. We believe a community-based childcare center will fill a critical role in the social infrastructure of a healthy community, allowing children, families, businesses, and communities to thrive.  If you have a passion for kids, possess strong leadership and management skills, and want to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services or a related field Minimum of 3 years of management experience as a director in a child care setting, nonprofit organization or similar operation Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching early childhood or serving as an assistant director in a child care setting or related field Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of staff Strong knowledge child development principles and best practices in early childhood education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of licensing regulations and compliance requirements Experience in budgeting and financial management Basic knowledge of computers, technology, and its use Passion for working with children and families Ability to build positive relationships with parents and community partners For more information, you can visit
