Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of Sicangu Lakota youth? We're seeking an exceptional Executive Director to guide the Boys & Girls Club of Rosebud in creating a brighter future for Indigenous children and teens.

Salary: In the range of $85,000, DOE
Work/Life Balance: We are primarily open Monday - Friday because we understand the value of your evenings and weekends being free for your family and friends.

Manage resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of our organization.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience, ideally in nonprofit or youth-focused settings.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Background in program development, fundraising, and community outreach.
Dedication to Indigenous youth development, education, and community building.
