As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO's daily activities and ensuring their efficiency and productivity. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication, scheduling, and logistics to enable the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives. Exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and proactive approach will be critical in facilitating seamless operations at the highest level of the organization.
Managing the CEO's schedule: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements via Neo / American Express Global Business Travel. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence for the CEO. Prioritize and summarize emails, responding on behalf of the CEO. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations. Conduct research and gather information on behalf of the CEO. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders and partner on special projects. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO. Manage administrative tasks such as expense reports, sponsorships, payment portals and other tasks upon request. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them. Provide general administrative support to the CEO and executive team as needed. Work with the EA of the President and EA of the COO as a team to support the overall executive team for planning and communication to provide seamless support. Travel with CEO within the US and UK as requested. Manage, execute, and oversee personal projects, passion projects and philanthropic initiatives on behalf of the CEO. Bachelor's Degree. 5-7 years of experience in Executive Assistant role. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Onsite Monday – Thursday most weeks with WFH options Friday and flexible schedules as needed. Travel as needed (1-3x a quarter).
