Responsibilities
• Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.• Create/edit Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as assigned by President/CEO• Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.• Process expense reports• Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, and collecting and analyzing information.• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.• Record and maintain meeting minutes and action items.• Draft and proof reports, memos, letters, and other documents.• Maintain confidential company and personal information and data.• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.• Greet and welcome executives' visitors and determine the best solution for their needs and requests.• Perform general office duties and administrative tasks.• Perform any other Executive Assistant job-related tasks as assigned.
