Role Description:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
Manage schedules, coordinate travel, and handle expense reports.
Oversee project timelines and documentation to ensure operational fluency.
Anticipate challenges and proactively manage necessary adjustments.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ongoing projects and initiatives.
Supporting the executive team, your responsibilities will include:
Organizing meetings with extensive attendees, ensuring smooth communication and preparation.
Facilitating executive meeting agendas and logistics.
Handling administrative office tasks and coordinating with the Head of Office Management for on-site requirements.
Assisting with HR-related tasks such as scheduling onboarding for new hires and managing a company-wide suggestion box.
In your role as Special Projects Coordinator, you will:
Manage significant offsite meetings, including budgeting and logistics.
Organize recognition events and coordinate gifts for team milestones.
Support office relocations and improvements in collaboration with management.
Undertake unique projects that demand creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
