**The Role:**
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless management of the President's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Calendar Management:** Expertly manage the President's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls with precision. Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- **Travel Coordination:** Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations for the President, including flights, hotels, transportation, and meticulously planned itineraries. Ensure all travel arrangements align with the President's preferences and priorities.
- **Communication Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications directed to the President. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence, providing timely responses or forwarding to the appropriate parties.
- **Meeting Support:** Prepare comprehensive agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings attended by the President. Take detailed meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist the President with various administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, document preparation, filing, and data entry. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President. Serve as a liaison between the President and key stakeholders, including executives, clients, partners, and board members.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Schedule:**
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility allowed) with a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement.
