Position Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Team. This role is essential for managing information, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient operations within the executive office. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will help prioritize organizational goals and support key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage comprehensive support tasks for the CEO including drafting correspondences, preparing presentations, and coordinating logistics for meetings and site visits.
Keep track of follow-up items from meetings to ensure actionable outcomes are achieved.
Oversee the CEO's calendar, arrange travel, and handle expense reports.
Provide administrative support for executive team meetings, board meetings, and other key gatherings.
Assist in preparing for and managing logistics of Board of Directors' meetings, including material preparation and minute-taking.
Facilitate and coordinate both virtual and in-person meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within a non-profit or youth-focused organization.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Professional demeanor with high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and personal accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software as needed.
Availability for occasional evening or weekend work, with some travel required.

Salary Range: $81,619 - $88,808 annually
