Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the dynamic world of real estate development? We're seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support our Corporate Leadership Team and be a pivotal part of our thriving environment.
About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you'll dive into a multifaceted role where no two days are the same. Your main mission will be to provide top-notch support to our leadership team across various functions, including project management, marketing initiatives, and more.
What You'll Do:
Be the gatekeeper of executive communications, managing calls, emails, and interactions with partners and staff.
Master the art of calendar management, collaborating with other assistants to keep schedules optimized.
Keep everyone on track by tracking deadlines, sending gentle reminders, and coordinating detailed travel plans.
Be the maestro behind meeting support, from crafting agendas to handling follow-up tasks.
Showcase your editing prowess by polishing documents, presentations, and correspondence to perfection.
Get your event planner hat on and oversee corporate event logistics, from venue bookings to entertainment.
Serve as a liaison for transactional documentation and handle corporate card reconciliations and expense reports.
Utilize internal systems for tracking personnel dates and assisting with employee recognition efforts.
Get social media savvy and craft engaging posts representing our esteemed executives.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required).
Over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in essential software like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and InDesign.
Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.
A knack for design and marketing to create visually appealing presentations.
Resourcefulness, independence, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Familiarity with commercial real estate and financial terms (a plus).
Willingness to occasionally travel (1-3 trips annually).
A commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment.
