Executive Assistant ARRMC (Administration) Location Medford, OR : Executive Assistant ARRMC (Administration) Executive Assistant - ARRMC Administration Our Executive Assistants provide a broad range of proactive administrative and secretarial support. Within general operating procedures, they exercise independent judgment and discretion in such tasks as scheduling and coordinating meetings. With exercising great communication skills, our assistants compose routine and special correspondences, records and distributes meeting minutes as required. When opportunities arise, they offer additional administrative support and event coordination to successfully accomplish specified projects.
Qualifications Education Associates Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (meaning an additional two years of experience on top of what is required to qualify for the role if no degree) is required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
Experience Minimum 5 years of advanced secretarial office experience in a fast-paced, professional environment required
