Responsibilities
• Proactively maintain the executives' busy and fluid calendar• Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with day-to-day issues and events/problems• Schedule, coordinate, and keep executives up-to-date on personal and professional events• Manage and write professional correspondence• Manage emails, phone calls, and invitations professionally• Follow-up with business contacts to bring a task to completion• Seamlessly manage domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries• Prepare executives for meetings and events by creating agendas and presentations• Represent executives and the organization professionally• Ensure executives are prepared for all meetings and events
Requirements
• Two years' experience working with C Suite Level• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Ambitious, detail-oriented, willing to learn and initiate new processes• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to create and execute task lists• Technical acumen and ability to approach unfamiliar situations and problems creatively• Experience working in fast-paced environments with discretion and confidentiality• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality• Enjoy the role of a gatekeeper while maintaining good relationships• Ability to pass a drug test and background check• Excellent, verifiable references• Physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, walk, reach, squat, push, pull, and climb stairs for extended periods
