Location: Little Rock, AR 72202
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Position Type: Temp (2 months), potential temp to hire Responsibilities Providing administrative support for the CEO Maintaining an accurate and current calendar for the President and CEO, including online scheduling of internal and external, domestic and international, appointments and meetings Working as a professional associate to the President and CEO: acting as the CEO's liaison to major donors and other external constituents Managing and coordinating across the organization all CEO communications, employee engagements, and internal/external appearances Developing and coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling for the President and CEO, including air or train travel, hotel reservations, car rental, and required Visas Acting as the resource and administrator for internal and external constituents for all Board-related matters Managing and coordinating operations and processes of the Executive Office, including follow-up on staff assignments, coordination of deadlines and priorities on projects, flow of correspondence, and other administrative services Other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of progressive administrative/operational support experience Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Teams) Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, strong communication skills Ready to hit the ground running Apply now for immediate consideration!9345722
