Exciting Senior Treasury Analyst Opportunity

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a pivotal role focused on optimizing payment processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing payment system transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement robust processes for reconciling daily cash movement between company-ledgers and bank accounts for fintech clients, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Serve as a subject matter expert on payment processing issues, collaborating closely with engineering teams to resolve issues related to ACH, wire transfers, debit cards, and remote deposit capture. Act as a Payments Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cross-functional project teams, contributing insights and expertise to improve workflows and enhance reconciliation processes. Implement and optimize the Client's Data Integrity Management platform to automate payment reconciliation processes and streamline book transfers. Collaborate with engineering and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to design and improve processes, particularly related to wire and ACH return processing. Utilize SQL and Looker to analyze payment activity and generate client-facing automated reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end execution of payments, with a focus on wires. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Experience in financial crime and familiarity with transaction monitoring and sanction screening systems is advantageous. Knowledge of payment transparency best practices, such as Wolfsberg Payment Transparency Standards, is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, technology, data, and architecture teams. Technical understanding of wire message formats, payment networks (e.g., SWIFT, Fedwire), and associated rules and regulations.
