Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Event Team Supervisor to lead our event team and ensure the smooth execution of all company events. This role will report directly to the Event Coordinator and play a crucial part in promoting our brand, engaging with customers, and driving sales at trade shows, markets, and other events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the event team during set-up, execution, and tear-down of events.
- Employee scheduling
- Assist the Event Coordinator in planning and organizing event logistics.
- Ensure all events are staffed appropriately and team members are briefed and prepared.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service at all events.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Track and report on event performance, including sales and customer feedback.
- Manage inventory and ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various event locations within Colorado.
