Minimum qualifications: Experience in sales, events, marketing, demos, brand promotion or customer service. Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management and dependability: show up on time for all events. High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required . College students and veterans are encouraged to apply. Must have valid WA state driver's license and be 21 years old for insurance purposes. Must be able to set up Smith Brothers Farms display booth and lift up to 50 lbs. Return vehicle and supplies in event-ready condition. Must be available to work events on weekends and select holidays. This is a safety sensitive position. We do preemployment drug tests, including THC. General duties/responsibilities: Engage new customers, build brand awareness, and generate sales. Educate customers on our growing catalog of locally sourced food, home delivery service, and our family-owned company. Sign up new customers using our easy app. Set up / break down table, tent, and display. Report hours worked and event feedback. Follow all company and event safety requirements.
