Candidate would assist to oversee all aspects of the kitchen and back of the house operations, including the development and execution of daily changing tasting menus, kitchen/staff management, operational and financial effectiveness. Candidate must be well versed in Michelin level cuisine and currently be working as a Sous Chef, or be ready to take the next step. Applicant must have at least 4 years of experience in a fine dining background. Individual must be highly motivated, possess strong organizational skills and leadership qualities with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of restaurant personnel.
