Team Description The Event Marketing Associate will play a vital role in planning, coordinating and executing Pendo's flagship events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event outcomes and contribute to overall marketing strategies.
Role Responsibilities Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and communication strategies to drive conference attendance and engagement among target audiences.Manage vendor relationships to ensure the successful execution of the conference.Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track event registrations, manage attendee lists, and follow up with leads post-event.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in event marketing to enhance event effectiveness.Develop and implement registration processes, manage attendee communications, handle inquiries, and coordinate attendee activities such as workshops, networking sessions, and special events.Oversee on-site conference operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable conference experience for all participants.Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product management, customer success, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment of conference objectives with broader company goals.Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in event planning and executionStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholdersCreative mindset with the ability to develop engaging event concepts and promotional materialsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful eventsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degreeExperience working within a B2B or SaaS environmentPendo Description: Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers -- a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Compensation Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Raleigh, NC is $53,400 - $63,000.
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
