**Event Manager**
*Remote Position*
Are you an experienced event professional with a passion for creating memorable experiences? We're seeking an Event Manager to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional events that deepen relationships and build trust with our senior customers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting event management and execution across various formats, including roundtables, hospitality experiences, executive summits, and more. You'll collaborate closely with our Sales, Account-Based Marketing, and Content teams to craft unique and engaging events that effectively communicate our key messages.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work in a fast-paced environment, executing or supporting multiple events with competing priorities.
- Create unique event experiences that communicate our brand and key messages effectively.
- Lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, demonstrating operational efficiency and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Conduct extensive research on hospitality aspects of corporate events, such as meeting venues, hotels, restaurants, food and beverage, gifts, and transportation.
- Drive event planning milestones and ongoing project management schedules.
- Oversee the production process for print and digital projects, including managing project initiation, developing effective creative briefs, and communicating project status to business partners.
- Take initiative and provide strategic direction and recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Help plan international executive travel.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing and event plan development processes.
- Collaborate strategically with extended Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage budget allocation and tracking for specific events and engagements.
- Infuse customized, out-of-the-box ideas and solutions for events. Implement processes, standards, and measurements across all events.
- Prepare and comply with event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
- Solicit internal and external feedback and manage post-event program evaluations to capture learnings, results, ROI, and areas for improvement effectively.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end event project management or marketing.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, event marketing, or executive engagement.
- Vendor and agency management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% and potentially on weekends.
