About Us:
We are a boutique meeting agency based in Boston, MA, seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event/Gathering Producer to join our dynamic team. We specialize in creating unique and memorable experiences for clients across North America.
The Role:
As an Event/Gathering Producer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing, managing, and executing a variety of events and meeting projects. From small, intimate gatherings to larger-scale events, you'll be responsible for ensuring that each project meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning (75%): Take projects from start to finish, managing logistics, budget, attendee satisfaction, and overall project success.
Team Management (10%): Work independently on your projects while contributing as a key member of the larger team.
Communication (10%): Engage with partners, vendors, and clients, setting the tone for excellent communication both internally and externally.
Relationship Management (5%): Foster relationships with brands, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher education preferred.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in event planning, with a strong portfolio of gathering work.
Malleable and adaptable, with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented, with a sense of humor and the ability to give and receive feedback.
