Governors Club , one of the top private clubs in the country, is currently seeking several highly skilled service professionals to join our elite Event service team .
As an Event bartender/server you enjoy the hustle and bustle that comes with working our Banquet events. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor creates memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. You anticipate their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently. After serving our guests and members, you check back with them to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to providing great service, you keep our bars. tables and event rooms clean and organized. Your attention to detail and passion for customer service are essential to your success. Duties and responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service Take and serve bar beverages and food orders Enter guest orders into point-of-sale system Up-sell when appropriate Keep bar clean and tidy at all times Cooperate and communicate with all bar, service and kitchen staff Qualifications: Experience as a server/bartender Working knowledge of beer, wine and spirits Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages Strong teamwork and communication skills Professional and positive disposition Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift Legally authorized to work in the United States Employee Benefits include:
