Responsibilities
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work environment• Assisting guests and addressing their concerns• Being versatile and filling various roles as needed• Familiarizing oneself with menus and food preparation methods• Following food safety guidelines and preventing cross-contamination• Collaborating with team members for efficient food production• Facilitating smooth shift changes• Strictly following Health Department guidelines for sanitation• Complying with company policies and safety procedures• Performing any other duties necessary to fulfill the role
Requirements
• Previous customer service and food service experience• High school diploma or equivalent• Food Safety Training certification or willingness to obtain it• Alcohol Awareness certification or willingness to obtain it• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly• Capability to bend and squat repeatedly• Proficiency in walking and standing for the duration of shifts• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
