Answer the phone, take catering orders, and handle guest complaints utilizing the guest recovery process Keep Team Members productive and on task Ensure all Team Members are following the policies in the Policy Handbook Encourage and lead the team to success each and every day Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences, both inside and through the drive-thru. Previous Chick-fil-A experience is not necessary but a bonus. Must be at least 18 years old upon hire date Previous management experience preferred Eligible to work in the United States Possess reliable transportation for regular commute Available on Fridays and Saturdays Basic English speaking and reading skills are required Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and reading) Have excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills Maintain a professional appearance at all times Be comfortable to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure Possess mobility, speed, and multitasking abilities during shifts Be a quick learner who can adapt and perform efficiently Be proactive and focused throughout the shift Committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment Pass the ServSafe Manager test Schedule: Work a set 5 day a week schedule Workday is 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM No overtime (we are committed to having work/life balance!)
