Full job description Estimator/Project Manager-DOT Projects Estimator/Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing estimating and project management services for heavy civil construction, and paving projects. They will be responsible for the successful completion of projects, from initial estimating and bidding through to completion. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record in estimating and project management, as well as a strong working knowledge of HCSS, AGTEK, and DOT regulations. Key Responsibilities: Perform estimates for public and private sector paving projects. Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource plans. Manage projects to ensure completion on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards. Interface with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, safety rules, and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar 5+ years of experience in construction estimating and project management Strong working knowledge of HCSS and AGTEK Familiarity with DOT regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Salary 120-140k (based on experience) Company vehicle or allowance Medical & Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Sick Leave Paid Vacation & Holiday Pay 401(k) Plan Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
