Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a critical role in accurately assessing project costs, preparing competitive bids, and contributing to our overall project success. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering accurate estimates in a timely manner, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements. Maintain home costs for product line. Submit building permits. Analyze labor, materials, and equipment costs to determine accurate project estimates. Prepare custom option estimates. Maintain accurate records of estimate data. Stay current with industry trends and cost factors to ensure accurate estimates. Distribute purchase orders to secure materials and subcontractors. Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction sector Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project management.
