We are looking for an experienced Estimator to contribute to the success of our projects by providing accurate and timely cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility construction estimating, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Collaborate with operations project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information. Prepare detailed take-offs and quantity surveys. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of current market trends and construction industry standards. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the utility construction industry. Proficient in construction estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Bluebeam, InEight, etc.). Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Projects, and PrimaVera. The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $90,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
