Estimator - Mora, MN Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Estimator with expertise in folding carton production. This role involves analyzing project specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and coordinating with production teams to ensure accurate budgeting and project scheduling. Responsibilities: Analyze specifications and requirements of printing projects, particularly those involving folding carts. Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes for various print production jobs. Coordinate closely with production to ensure estimations align with operational capabilities and schedules. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive factors. Develop and update knowledge of estimating software and production equipment. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in print industry estimation, particularly with folding cartons. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Work Location: In-person in Mora, MN
