**Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization**:Support the sales function in the Honeywell Process Solutions organization by developing accurate, timely, and professional estimates. You will analyze the sales estimates to the customer requirements and provide guidance on factors to be used for competitive estimating. You will provide accurate and timely estimates, which include scope, material, and labor effort by professional discipline. You will develop cost-effective estimates and identify explicit proposal inclusions to be prepared within the required timelines. You will seek new and creative solutions for addressing customer needs**Key Responsibilities**:- Deliver Proposals of the highest quality possible and continually seek ways to improve how we serve our customers.- Leverage systems and tools to accurately maintain estimates, proposals, requests, responses, and supporting documentation.- Working with Procurement, Evaluate the Technical and Commercial Offers received from Third Party Vendors and Honeywell Business Units.- Prepare and create responses to customers' requests for proposals, estimates, and information as directed by sales and operations teams**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree (must)- 3 - 5 years of experience in process automation, Electronics, process control, telecommunications, or computer science. Solutions experience is beneficial- 1 - 3 years of field equipment experience.**WE VALUE**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Excellent team and communication skills- Technical mindset and integrative thinking- Experience in delivering estimates and proposals- Knowledge of Honeywell's portfolio and competitor solutions and their offers- An ability to take the initiative and work with limited direction- Strong numerical aptitude- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel- Ability to meet and improve delivered financial results from implemented estimates- Six Sigma experience, Green Belt certification a strong plus- Other languages are beneficial (Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese, French)- Planning, organizing, delegating, and decision making- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
