Vehicle allowance or vehicle Requirements for Estimator:
Over 10 years of Design-Build experience in estimating for cold storage, distribution, and industrial projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
Strong leadership skills and self-motivated attitude
Ability to manage projects from conception through construction phase
Excellent client communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Building Connect, and OST
