Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and material pricing to maintain accurate cost databases. Create comprehensive bid packages for submission to clients, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines. Participate in bid review meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Proven experience as a construction estimator in commercial construction. Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
