As an esthetician you will:
Provide consistent professional facial, waxing and nail treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices Understand all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available, meeting minimum retail sales goals Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete satisfaction. Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's established policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Six months to a year related experience and/or training Equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. TN State Esthetician License. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guest. Acute ability to identify and address all guest needs. Professional and respectful. Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
