Job Description:As a Pack Production Supervisor at Gotion, you will play a pivotal role in leading the production of battery packs within our battery factory. You will oversee a team of production personnel, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and safe production operations. This position demands strong leadership, production supervision, and organizational skills to maintain excellence in production.Key Responsibilities:Production Supervision:Lead and supervise the production of battery packs, ensuring adherence to quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.Team Management:Manage and provide guidance to a team of production staff, including training and support to ensure smooth operations.Resource Allocation:Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet production targets.Quality Control:Implement and enforce quality control measures, inspecting finished products to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, reports, and any deviations from standard procedures.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, to resolve technical issues and optimize production processes.Safety Leadership:Ensure that all safety procedures and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Manage have 3-4 Leads, and 20-30 production associates.Production Manager will have 2-3 Supervisors, 2-3 Engineers (production/process).Proven experience in production supervision, with a strong preference for experience in battery pack assembly.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Commitment to quality and a track record of driving process improvements.Effective communication and collaboration skills.
